[Action/Accidental Voice] Where is This? Where am I?

[In the forest a man is just waking up to find himself sitting against a tree wearing nothing but the cotton white pants. When he fully awakes, his movements are slow and tentative as though expecting pain.]

What...where am I? Could this be Lost Jerusalem? Not exactly how I expected to see it...[He hadn't expected to be seeing anything. The darkness had fallen bringing a sense of peace with it, yet now he felt alive. Normal except-]

[There's a sudden hiss of pain as his back starts to protest.] Ah, what...? [When he reaches to find what is causing the pain he lets loose a sound of surprise] Feathers? Wings? [He leans forward letting his hand fall away from his back and onto a book.]

Hm? What is this? [He picks it up and flips it open.] How odd. It appears to be a...computer of some sort? In book form?

There appears to be more going on here beyond my understanding...

There is silence, then a moan. Then: "That is all I can see. I cannot see more." Her shoulders slump, as though this has tired her. She seems almost unaware of the man beside her.

"You..can see things that have happened? Or...will happen?" There's wonder in his voice.

"Will. Will. I've always been a special child. The webs have always cleared for me. But not here. Here? This place?"

She pulls away from him and, without another word, starts walking daintily back toward the darkest part of the forest. The trip to the Welcome Center seems forgotten; the sun is a danger she will not risk.

"Dru, Wait! Where are you going?"

"Far to safety. Far to safety, and a clean frock. Farewell, Jin. Perhaps you and I shall play again one day." She continues on into the trees with quick, light steps.

"Ah." While he's a bit concerned for her given what just happened, he's also not one to pursue. "Farewell." And watches her go until he loses sight of her.
